Q. Why isn't the product dispensing even though it's new?

Vitamin C may cause gas to form inside the container, which can occasionally result in an air gap in the pump. This does not indicate a problem with the container. Pump several times until the formula begins to dispense.

Q. Is this Vitamin C toner suitable for sensitive skin?
The formula has completed a skin irritation test, but a mild tingling sensation may occur depending on your skin condition.

If you have sensitive skin, apply a sufficient amount of moisturizer before and/or after use. If you are new to Vitamin C, gradually introduce the product after allowing your skin to adjust to lower-concentration Vitamin C formulas.
