Korea Skin Mall Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Korea Skin Mall Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
“Korea Skin Mall” refers to the online skincare and beauty store operated by Korea Skin Mall.
“Affiliate” refers to an individual or entity that joins the Korea Skin Mall Affiliate Program and promotes Korea Skin Mall’s products and services.
“Referral” refers to a customer who makes a purchase on Korea Skin Mall’s website through the affiliate’s unique referral link.
“Commission” refers to the monetary compensation earned by the affiliate for successful referrals.
“Affiliate Dashboard” refers to the online platform provided by Korea Skin Mall to affiliates to track referrals, commissions, and other program-related information.
2. Affiliate Application and Participation
2.1 Eligibility: Any individual or entity with a valid website, blog, or social media platform may apply to become an affiliate. Korea Skin Mall reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.
2.2 Application Process: To apply, prospective affiliates must complete the application form provided on the Korea Skin Mall website. Korea Skin Mall will review the application and notify the applicant of their acceptance or rejection.
2.3 Approval: Upon approval, affiliates will receive access to the Affiliate Dashboard and their unique referral link. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their affiliate account login information.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 Promotion: Affiliates are required to actively promote Korea Skin Mall and its products/services using their unique referral link provided by Korea Skin Mall. Promotion methods may include, but are not limited to, website banners, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing. All promotional content must be lawful, ethical, and in accordance with Korea Skin Mall’s brand guidelines.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in their promotion of Korea Skin Mall’s products/services. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with relevant advertising and consumer protection laws.
3.3 Prohibited Activities: Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm Korea Skin Mall’s reputation, including but not limited to, spamming, unauthorized use of intellectual property, misleading advertising, or any form of unethical behavior.
4. Referrals and Commissions
4.1 Referral Tracking: Korea Skin Mall will track referrals made through the affiliate’s unique referral link. Only purchases made by new customers who have not previously purchased from Korea Skin Mall will be eligible for commissions.
4.2 Commission Rates: Korea Skin Mall will provide the affiliate with a commission rate for each successful referral. The commission rate may vary depending on the product or service being promoted.
4.3 Commission Payment: Commissions will be paid to affiliates on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payment threshold set by Korea Skin Mall. Payment may be made via PayPal or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
5. Termination and Modification
5.1 Termination: Korea Skin Mall reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without prior notice, if the affiliate violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or harmful activities.
5.2 Modification: Korea Skin Mall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
Korea Skin Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of an affiliate’s participation in the program.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
