- In case delivery is not made properly for any reasons caused by Korea Skin Mall, the product will be re-delivered at free of charge.

- Korea Skin Mall may request supporting photos and documents for any reports on damaged or misdelivered products.

- For any returned or cancelled order, including the unreceived orders, charge will occur for the shipping and return.

ORDER LIMITS

- Korea Skin Mall recommends each orders to be made under $300 (excluding the shipping fee)in accordance with the customs law of the country. (India: $150)

- If the total amount is $300 or over, it is recommended to make two separate orders to avoid any customs issues.
TAX REFERENCE

- The import duties and taxes are not included in the prices of products.
- ·
- Customers must check the customs and will be separately charged the corresponding costs. The import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- In case the products are not approved by customs due to non-payment of customs duties, the amount paid, excluding the shipping and return fee, will be refunded.

The regulations on the Value Added Tax (VAT) in the EU has been amended, effective from 1 July 2021.
