orders

  • Order cancellation

Confirming your order in My Account>, can only cancel the order if the order status is “Preparing for Delivery”.
If the order status is “delivery”, you may apply for return after “delivery is complete”.


Join membership

Regular membership, social login (Facebook, Google, Twitter) is available.


Coupon

  • Use Coupon

The coupon issued can be found in your shopping cart, My account> Coupons.
You can use it right away by clicking on the shopping cart and My account> Coupons.


Shipping

  • Confirm Shipping

Click the tracking code for the product you ordered from My account>Order to see the current shipping status.
To prevent shipping accidents, we issue tracking codes for all shipping products and deliver them safely.


Customs duties/Taxes

According to customs regulations by country, orders for the Korea Skin Mall are recommended to be under $300 (excluding shipping costs).
If you want to buy more than $300, you’d better pay in two installments to avoid customs problems.
Import taxes and taxes are not included in the item price. This fee is the buyer’s responsibility.


Payments

“Korea Skin Mall” has applied Paypal for secure payment.
You can pay by debit or credit card.
Payment methods will increase in the future.


Returns and Refunds

  • Application for Return and Refund

If you request a return or refund request by contacting Contact Us, the person in charge will quickly check and help you with the process.

  • Confirm Return and Refund

If you send us the product after requesting a return or refund, we will confirm the product and cancel the approval with the card you paid for.
You can check your return and refund status at “My account>Orders”.
