-Simple change of mind
If the customer does not want to make a purchase, they can request a return within 10 days of delivery.
We do not accept customers’ return requests when we open the product. Returns are only available when the product is opened and in a pre-use state.
The customer has to pay for the return.
Refunds will be refunded to the card paid after receiving and confirming the returned product.

Korea Skin Mall will investigate the case and replace it or refund it at the customer’s request.
