Bloody Peel rather than Peeling Gel : 1 minute to you’re your skin shine
Bloody Peel rather than Peeling Gel : 1 minute to you’re your skin shine

Hello, this is leeej from Korea Skin Mall.

I would like to introduce some of the most impressive beauty products I used last month. How do you make your skin look healthy? It’s none other than exfoliating. It helps to make the skin look clearer without the skin looking dry. It also helps to enhance the absorption of cosmetics.

Many of you must be using peeling gel, right? There are also various peeling pads popular in Korea. My keratin cycle was regular when I was in my 20s, so I didn’t have any major concerns. Now that I’m in my 30s, however, I have a lot of worries. I have a dry skin type to begin with, and dead skin cells are more visible and don’t disappear easily. The keratin cycle has already gotten very long. (The older you get, the slower the keratin cycle becomes. It’s sad to grow old in itself, and now this *sob*)

Exfoliation cycle by skin type

Exfoliation cycle by skin type

Sensitive: Recommended once a week
Dry: Recommended 1-2 times a week
Oily: Recommended 2-3 times a week

Caution) Adjust the exfoliation according to the skin condition. Excessive keratin care can make your skin sensitive.

The oilier the skin is, the more frequent the exfoliation should be. This is because your skin accumulates more waste when it’s oily. If you have a dry skin type like me, you won’t have difficulty in caring for keratin if you regularly get rid of the dead skin cells on the outermost layer of the skin.

However, as the season changes recently, I’m also increasing the number of keratin care. I cared for it yesterday, but when I woke up the next day, the basic cosmetics didn’t absorb well, my skin got flaky, and the foundation became cakey.

I thought that I couldn’t simply use peeling gel, so I tried a new keratin care product last month. It’s called SKIN1004 Zombie Beauty Bloody Peel.

accompanies the tingling sensation. The stimulation itself is said to be the exfoliation effect, but I don’t think people already with sensitive skin should use it while risking irritation.

How to use Blood Peel
1) Cleanse and wash with lukewarm water
2) Leave for 1 minute after applying Bloody Peel (avoid the eyes and mouth area)
3) Wash with water
4) Sufficient moisture care

Do not leave it on for more than a minute, thinking it would enhance the effect.
Your face feels tingly after applying the peel, which is because of the AHA ingredient. It is highly concentrated in the peel and chemically dissolves the dead skin cells, so skin irritation is inevitable. If you try using it for the first time, you’ll find it not easy to leave it on for more than a minute. If you leave it on too long, thinking the time is too short, the peel will excessively remove the dead skin cells, and your skin may become sensitive. ☹

After trying it out myself, I think it’s more convenient than peeling gel, and my skin gets smoother because it uses stabilized water-soluble AHA. Oh! I don’t recommend it to those who can’t tolerate irritation! (If you haven’t used highly concentrated AHA BHA products before, you may be surprised) Again, this product will inevitably cause a tingling sensation.

Along with apple extract, Blood Peel contains both AHA (for dry skin, quick exfoliation) and BHA (for oily and combination skins. Removes excess oil and dead skin cells.), so it is recommended for all types of skin except for sensitive skin. If you feel like just a peeling gel and a peeling pad wasn’t enough for your keratin care like me, try the Blood Peel.

Lastly, if you do your care at home, make sure to focus on skincare after the keratin care. Also, don’t forget to apply sunscreen when going out. Let’s all have clear and healthy skin!
